How To Fix Any Bugs Photomate (for Checkmate)

Photomate by Car-Part.com helps auto recyclers efficiently keep their inventory current. Essential steps in the inventory workflow are now available to be completed from your mobile device and points within the workflow that will help you increase quality and decrease time.

What makes Photomate stand apart from the rest.

1. Edit or delete parts. Assign damage, change pricing, add images, etc.
2. Bulk Edit. Move or delete groups of parts together.
3. Inventory parts. Select Interchange, set damage, add images, etc.
4. Capture and edit images. Scan tags or have parts sent to Photomate from Checkmate that need images. After the images have been added, Upload to Checkmate and ultimately display on online listings.
5. Move parts. Move parts to a new Location. Add/delete/edit images while doing so.
6. Audit Location. Identify and correct parts that are not actually in the Location that Checkmate says they are in.
7. Part Resolutions. Find parts without Interchange assigned and select Interchange for them.
8. Update PriceBook. Keep your Interchange Price Book prices current and update inventoried parts accordingly.
9. Create Vehicle record. Scan the Vehicle barcode and generate a Vehicle record in Checkmate, with images.
10. Ordermate: Verify the Work Order. Confirm that all parts to be delivered match exactly to the parts on the Work Order.

Great app, easy to use and indeed makes a lot of work easier and quicker but only problem I am still currently experiencing is, when using the app on my phone, most of the time after logging in, and even some before logging in, the app just automatically closes by itself, before I can audit a location and so on. Therefore making it a bit frustrating having to use my boyfriend's phone to use the application properly. Is my phone the problem? Or is there an app error that can be corrected?

This app makes photographing and edit part locations a breeze. It has some glitches and annoying issues but is still useful. They need to add the ability to delete parts from inventory.
